Cancellation, Refunds and No Show Policies
We request a 48 hour advance cancellation for one session of 30-60 minutes, 72 hour advance cancellation for one session of 90-180 minutes and a 96 hour advance cancellation for a series.
We charge full appointment value for any cancellation made less than 48 hour in advance for a single one hour appointment, full value of series for any cancellation made less than 96 hours & for No Shows. Refunds include a 30% service fee.
