Grief Recovery Method 

Going through the loss of my marriage and all of the residual loss (loss of business, loss of financial stability, loss of lifestyle as I knew it), the grief was overwhelming. I struggled with many fears and doubts that I would ever be whole again. Finding the Grief Recovery Method and taking personal responsibility for myself, I was able to use the tools and work through the old beliefs and negative emotions that were limiting my ability to be joyful and at peace. 
This class goes far beyond my initial understanding of the title “Grief Recovery Workshop”.

My experience of the course is that it can heal all relationships; be it a current relationship, a past relationship (death, divorce or parting of ways), a relationship with myself, with my personal believes (self-worth beliefs and beliefs that effect the way I have been moving through life), my relationship with life and my relationship with God.

I have been through the process 3 times, each time choosing a different relationship. The changes that others see in me are only a tip of an iceberg compared to the changes I am experiencing inside of me.

Grieving the loss of the dream of being married to my spouse for life and then having it not come to fruition – drove me to seek answers to my loss.  Grieving and the steps to complete that loss have given me hope that my heart will mend and I have hope for the future.  Thank you TC for being the loving and supportive vessel for this to happen. J

The Grief Recovery Program is life changing. I have learned simple, yet powerful tools that have helped me heal deep pain that has controlled my entire life. Having experienced sexual abuse as a young child and a devastating divorce years ago, my grief led me into a life of addiction and physical illness. There are no words that can ever express my gratitude for learning how to heal the loss of my innocence and to free myself from the emotional bondage of my unresolved grief regarding my marriage.
