No. Despite well meaning advice and help, as a society we are given misguided and even harmful advice.

What is required of me?
You’ll either participate in an 8-week group format or a 7-week one-on-one format depending on your preference and availability.
Who facilitates the Grief Recovery Group?
Each Grief Support Group is facilitated by TC Chicago, our Certified Grief Recovery Specialist.
Specialists come from all walks of life and professional backgrounds, but have on thing in common: a desire to help people.
