I have a very stressful job working with trauma/abuse victims and the mentally ill. I find when I use Denise's visualization technique I feel as though I have just woken up from a restful nap, or had a relaxing walk in nature, or massage. I have had a hard time with clearing my mind and focusing in the past but this method really works for me, and Denise has an incredibly soothing and healing way about her. I have been in recovery in a 12 Step program for over a decade. I had recently been praying for something "more" I felt kinda stuck. I have only had a couple of sessions but I have learned so much! I have been applying the tools I am learning and feel like I am taking my recovery to a whole new level and I am so thankful. I feel like not only am I getting to the root of my addiction but I am actually healing it. Wow, so thankful to Creator for bringing me to AHC. I am more than impressed with my Sessions on Clearing. I have learned so much! I am able to center myself, get grounded. I have to say, just learning how to do that has had a HUGE impact on my life. I have struggled with a pretty ugly temper most of my life. I am really seeing a significant improvement in my life. I really am "clearing" triggers/buttons that in the past would have set me in a rage/temper tantrum. I simply don't have the "charge" that I had in the past around certain situations. I feel like I am literally freeing myself from some pretty deep, old wounds that have been controlling how I function. I am a better parent because of this. My kids, family and friends see the shift in me. There are no words that can ever express my gratitude for this service. Thank you so much.
